Spears is one of the Bay Area’s top Strength and Conditioning Coaches with over 10 years of experience in youth and player skill development. He has worked not only as a skill development coach for the Golden State Warriors, but has also worked along side many other professional athletes from the NBA and overseas.
"Not all of us are gifted with the natural athletic ability of a LeBron James or a Zion Williams, but we all have the ability to tap in to that potential through proper programming and exercise. This is why strength and conditioning the body for future events and tasks is so important. The body has the potential to do some of the most extraordinary and most unbelievable things. My programs help condition the body to perform at its highest and peak optimal levels through dynamically firing up the central nervous system (CNS) and transitioning into a functional combination of mobility and strength weight training. Our goal is to prepare the bodies ability not only to function, move better, and improve overall health and wellness, but to help our athletes level up and give them that competitive edge that is needed to excel in their sports. Aiding in this process, we are aiming to help our athletes learn the value of proper nutrition. Look at it this way, you wouldn’t put regular gas in a luxury vehicle, so what you fuel your body with matters.
